Capacity - 50,000,000 cu. m of water. The dam comprises - 350,000 cu. m of earth fill, 75,000 cu. m of clay core, 36,000 cu. m of filters, 25,000 cu. m of stone pitching. Tunnel spillway 150 m long, 19 m in diameter at inlet and 7.50 m in diameter at outlet. The discharge is 75 m long, 3.20 m in diameter. The intake pressure tunnel has a total length of 1700 m and 3.40 m in diameter. The dam is irrigating 25,000 hectares of arable land.
