The complex “African Center“ is executed by a team of architects and engineers from Technoexportstroy – Sofia, Bulgaria and engineering administration of NESCO – Tripoli, Libya.
The architectural elements, introduced into the design of main entrances facades, interiors and furnishings, exterior colours and materials, create a completely new, modern type of buildings in the style of “High tech”, taking into account local conditions.
Landscaping of the site is composed so as to make the main idea of the master plan and give complete and harmonious appearance of the complex.
1. Total area of the plot: 20 980 sq.m., divided in 2 sites - A and B with a difference in levels of 1.80 m.
2. Built-up area of buildings: 2 752 sq.m. – 16% of the usable area.
3. Total built-up area: 5 596 sq.m.
4. Green area: 7 400 sq.m. – 44% of the usable area
5. Parking, roads, alleys and sidewalks: 5 898 sq.m. – 35% of the usable area
6. Tennis court: 680 sq.m. – 4% of the usable area
7. Usable space: 80%
8. Free space for future expansion - 4 250 m2 - 20% of the space
